Admin charge included
Chainsaws require a higher level of training to use, including a licence for each specific user, chainsaw specific PPE, fuel, maintenance, and additional risk assessments for each job. Therefore if a chainsaw is used while on a job, we take all these factors into account and add an additional charge per hour that a chainsaw is used. Skilful chainsaw operation will always save time on a job and saving money for the customer.
From time-to-time with volunteers we train, we have repurposed green waste stock available to giveaway that will make a great addition to your garden. We would just ask for a donation that will go directly towards our volunteer training, empowering the unemployed, and transforming overgrown gardens.
We expect that customers will collect pet poop before we arrive to work. Otherwise, it makes a grim job... our machines might splatter it if it’s hidden in the grass, we may accidentally step in it… and the smell stays with us all day… :(
Repeat offenders will have a £10 surcharge added if not collected in advance.
We want to be available for you even during an emergency, however if our team is already at full capacity, we may need to ask team members to reschedule family time last minute or to work above their usual threshold of hours, therefore this rate replaces the Standard or Concessionary Hourly Rate.
