At the core of who we are, we believe in empowering and training people to become proficient gardeners, to help them build their skills and confidence, and to help people access paid employment through what they learn on our team.
We want to equip and empower people to make a truly positive difference in their community one garden and one household at a time.
As we transform gardens, we also transform lives and communities through the process.

With over 15 years of experience in the gardening industry, at Green Space Transformations UK CIC, we have designed our own methodology of training, and have helped hundreds of unemployed people move into paid employment and further education through our tried and tested material.
We are registered as an official provider of the AQA Unit Award Scheme, which enables our team to train you to recognised standards, award progress with certificates and provide high quality training from start-to-finish.
In partnership with local housing associations, councils and grant making trusts, we can provide free-of-charge training for those who are unemployed and looking to building their skills and confidence to access paid employment. Cohort opportunities are dependant on current partnerships, including locations and timings.
