We don’t cut corners, we cut hedges
(we do things properly)
We believe every job deserves to be completed properly, safely and to a standard we can be proud of. From careful preparation and clear communication to leaving each site clean and tidy, we pay attention to the details that matter. We aim to be reliable, honest and professional, because doing the right thing is more important than taking the quickest route.
We are ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen
(Hello, good sir)
We treat every person with dignity, kindness and respect. Whether we are speaking with a customer, supporting a volunteer, working alongside a colleague or helping someone who is facing difficult circumstances, we remain courteous, approachable and professional. We never lose sight of the person behind the garden, and we care for every property as though it were our own.
We go beyond the garden
(People > Plants)
Our work is about much more than lawns, hedges and trees. By improving outdoor spaces, we can help people feel safer, regain pride in their homes and reconnect with their communities. As a Community Interest Company, we use gardening as a way to create opportunities, build confidence and bring practical hope to people’s lives. We take time to talk to our customers on the doorstep. These interactions can often be more important than the garden itself, as we share life, build trust and take an interest in the lives of the people we serve.
We are all about transformations
(Transforming gardens, lives and communities)
Transformation is at the heart of everything we do. We transform neglected gardens into welcoming spaces, help people develop skills and confidence, and support communities to become greener and stronger. We believe that meaningful change often begins with one person, one opportunity or one garden, and can grow into something much bigger.
We are problem solvers
(We always a find a way)
Every garden, customer and community presents different challenges, and we approach them with creativity, determination and a positive attitude. Whether developing safer and more sustainable ways of working, adapting our services or creating new training programmes and partnerships, we focus on finding practical solutions. We do not give up easily: we work together, think differently and always seek a way forward.
Christian Foundations
(Faith and Business do go together)
Green Space Transformations began as a church ministry with a simple desire to serve and support our local community. Led by our Founder and CEO, an ordained Christian minister, we continue to keep Christ and prayer at the heart of our work and decision-making. We believe faith and business can work together to make a positive difference in every area of people’s lives. As we grow, we remain true to our Christian roots by leading with faith, compassion and integrity, while warmly welcoming and serving customers, staff and volunteers of all faiths and none, without judgement or discrimination.
